WHAT TO EXPECT: A 1 hr program in a safe space where you can bond with your baby as you both enjoy the cosmic sounds of the gong, the angelic tones of crystal and gemstone singing bowls, and lots of tummy time! Leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING: Any clothes you feel comfortable in, a blanket for baby to lie on, and a bottle of water
