Wind down your week with a 60-minute outdoor Sound Bath experience in the serene gardens (weather permitting) of Highfield Hall in Falmouth, MA. Using a combination of Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls and other ancient sound healing instruments, you will be guided on a journey of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing.

No prior experience is necessary. You will simply lie down, close your eyes, and let the healing vibrations wash over you. The instruments are specifically chosen for their ability to help clear blockages, reduce stress, and promote a sense of inner peace and well-being, supporting the body’s natural self-healing capacity.

Please wear comfortable and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on, as well as a pillow or rolled up towels for added comfort and anything else you might want to feel comfortable lying down. Chairs are available for anyone who would prefer to sit. In the event of rain, the event will be held inside. Please arrive 10-15 early to set up your space and ensure admission. This class will begin promptly at the start time.
